   Clean and completely dry your skin. Avoid lotions, oils and powders on the application area.

   Choose the strip length you want to start with. Peel back a small section of the liner, position the strip and gently lift while smoothing it upward as you gradually remove the liner.

   Press firmly along the entire strip so it sits smooth and secure against the skin.

   Start with the longest strip when you need a longer lifting path, then add shorter strips as needed to customize the lift, shape and support.

   Hold the skin with one hand and slowly peel the strip away from one edge with the other hand.

   Remove one strip at a time and peel it away slowly while supporting the skin.

• Gently clean each silicone strip with warm water after use. Use mild soap when needed and avoid scrubbing the adhesive surface.
• Let the strips air-dry fully with the adhesive side facing up before handling the sticky surface.
• Once each strip is completely dry, place it back on the supplied storage pad then return the set to its original packaging.

The box includes 6-inch, 9-inch and 12-inch lengths. Select the shortest strip that gives the support you need or combine lengths when your outfit requires support in more than one direction.

Start with a longer strip for the main lifting path when needed then add shorter strips to refine shape or support. Each strip should sit smoothly and feel comfortable on the skin.

• Patch test a small area of healthy skin before your first full wear.
• This product is designed for comfortable wear for up to 8 hours at a time.
• Remove the product before sleeping and give your skin a break between wears.
• Apply only to clean healthy skin. Avoid broken, irritated, sunburned, recently shaved or freshly waxed skin.
• If you notice redness, itching, burning or irritation, remove the product gently and discontinue use until your skin feels normal again.
• Apply each strip with only enough stretch to guide the lift. Do not overstretch the strip or the skin.
