Nudori Inc. is a Virginia, United States business. This policy explains how we handle personal information when someone visits nudori.com, creates an account, orders from us, asks for support, requests a return, signs up for email, or contacts us about a creator partnership. It covers our direct website and the information we receive to fulfill a Nudori order placed on a marketplace. It does not replace the privacy notice of Amazon, TikTok Shop, Stripe, a carrier, or another independent service you use. We sell and ship through our direct website in the United States. Our practices may change as the store grows; the version and date posted on this page will describe the practices in effect at that time.
At checkout or in an account, you may give us your name, email address, telephone number, shipping and billing addresses, and the information needed to identify your order. A support or return request may include your order number, product, reason for contacting us, photos of the item and its packaging, and the messages exchanged with our team. If you subscribe to promotional email, we record the address and preference connected with that choice. If you ask about a creator relationship, we use the contact and partnership details you choose to provide. Please do not send a full card number, medical record, or intimate photograph to customer support; we do not need those materials for an ordinary order or return. If you tell us about an adverse product reaction or safety concern, we use the information reasonably needed to investigate and respond.
You may choose not to provide optional information, but we cannot complete a purchase without the details needed to take payment and deliver it. If you give us another person’s contact or delivery information, please make sure you are authorized to do so and that it is accurate. We use that information for the order rather than to enroll the recipient in promotional email. A request to correct a name, address, or contact detail should be made before packing when possible; some information in a completed transaction must remain in our records for accounting or dispute purposes.
We maintain records of what was ordered, item prices, discounts, sales tax, shipping choice and charge, order date, fulfillment status, tracking, and any cancellation, exchange, credit, or refund. Those records let us deliver products, answer questions, reconcile payments, manage stock, and keep required business records. Stripe processes online card payments. Nudori needs a transaction result and related reference, but does not need your full card number to fulfill an order. A refund or payment dispute may require us to share the relevant order record with Stripe or another payment participant.
When you browse the site, technical records may include an IP address, approximate location derived from that address, device and browser type, operating system, page address, time of access, referral source, and the pages or links you use. Login, cart, and security cookies help the site function. PostHog is used to understand page views and clicks so we can identify broken flows and improve the shopping experience. These records may be linked to an account or order only if the live implementation does so. We do not need to know a visitor’s medical history or intimate details to measure site performance.
Technical records can be useful even when a visitor never places an order: they show whether a page loaded, which browser had an error, and whether a security rule blocked suspicious activity. We aim to limit collection to what is needed for those purposes. A browser may send a preference signal or restrict storage; our response to that signal depends on the live configuration and applicable state law.
Cookies are small records a website may save through a browser. Nudori uses its own login, cart, and security cookies. Essential storage can keep a customer signed in, remember a cart, and help prevent misuse. PostHog measures the page-view and click activity described above; its precise use of cookies or local storage must be confirmed against the live setup. Based on the current setup described by Nudori, the site does not run Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising pixels and does not send customer information to an advertising platform for cross-site targeting. Browser settings may allow you to delete or block storage, although blocking essential functions may prevent account login or checkout.
Much of the information described here comes from you. We also receive payment status and transaction references from Stripe, shipping and label details from ShipStation, and tracking or delivery updates from a carrier. Amazon, TikTok Shop, or another marketplace may provide recipient, item, address, and fulfillment details for an order placed there. We use marketplace data to fulfill and support that order and to maintain our business records; the marketplace separately controls its own checkout and account data. We may receive an updated address or other information when you contact us to correct an order.
We use order and contact information to take and reconcile payment, create a shipping label, deliver a package, send a confirmation or tracking notice, and answer a question. We use return details to check eligibility, issue store credit or an exchange where appropriate, or make a refund to the original payment method when due. We use records to investigate a charge dispute, prevent fraud, keep the site secure, meet accounting and tax obligations, and comply with a lawful request. We use page-view and click information to find technical problems and understand which pages are useful. If you choose promotional email, we use the information needed to send it and manage your preference. We may also use limited information to respond to a creator inquiry or a product-safety concern. We do not use sensitive details you unexpectedly send for unrelated marketing.
Order confirmations, delivery updates, return messages, account-security notices, and important product information are service communications. They may still be sent after you unsubscribe from promotional email because they relate to a transaction or account. Brevo may send promotional email to people who have signed up where permitted. Every commercial marketing email must provide a clear way to unsubscribe, and we will process that choice under applicable law. Nudori does not send promotional SMS. If optional Sent.dm order-confirmation texts are switched on, they are transaction-related rather than marketing messages. A valid physical postal address must be included in commercial email.
We share information needed to run the store with providers that perform a task for us. Stripe receives payment and transaction information; ShipStation and the selected carrier receive address and parcel information; Brevo receives contact and message information needed for email; and PostHog receives website-use information for analytics. Hosting, support, security, and professional advisers may also need access to limited information for their work. These services have their own technical systems and privacy notices. We may disclose relevant records if required by law, to investigate fraud or protect rights and safety, or as part of a sale or restructuring of the business, subject to applicable law. We limit information shared with a provider to what its function needs.
A provider may process information on its own systems and may use subcontractors under its contract. A shipping label necessarily exposes a recipient’s name and address to the carrier that delivers the parcel. A support or legal adviser receives only the records needed to address the issue. If ownership of the business changes, customers will receive any notice or choice required by law before personal information is handled under materially different practices.
Based on the current setup described by Nudori, we do not sell customer personal information, share it with an advertising platform for cross-site targeted advertising, or run Meta, Google, or TikTok advertising pixels. We do not use customer or creator photos and reviews in advertising. Those statements describe the current intended setup, not a promise that practices can never change. If Nudori adds an ad pixel, a new marketing partner, or a practice covered by a state opt-out law, this notice and the required customer choices must be updated before that practice starts.
The site currently uses Nudori’s own product photos and one Nudori Instagram reel. Customers cannot currently submit public reviews or photos through the site; star ratings and the testimonial section are disabled. We do not reuse customer or creator photos, videos, handles, or reviews in marketing under the current setup. If someone contacts us about a creator partnership, we use the details needed to discuss and manage that relationship. A separate creator agreement or permission would be needed before using a person’s content for a purpose beyond the agreed relationship. If reviews or user-uploaded media are added later, the updated policy and collection notice will explain what is public, what is optional, and how to request removal.
We use reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect customer information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Access is intended for team members and providers whose duties require it. No website, email system, or storage service can guarantee absolute security. Please protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect someone has used your account or received an order message without permission. We may review account or transaction records to investigate a report and take appropriate steps. Do not send a password, full card number, or other highly sensitive information in a support email.
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose collected and for continuing accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations. Transaction records may need to remain after an order is delivered; an open support conversation may be retained while a problem is investigated; and security records may be kept long enough to identify misuse. A marketing subscription remains active until a customer unsubscribes or the address is removed under our practices. When a record is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it where practical, including in routine systems and backups according to their schedules.
A deletion request may not erase a tax invoice, payment dispute record, or other information we are legally required to preserve. It may also take time for a routine backup to expire. We distinguish an active customer profile from transaction evidence retained for a limited purpose. We record a marketing unsubscribe in a suppression list so the address is not re-added accidentally.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply to Nudori, you may be able to request access to personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, a copy of data, or a choice about certain uses. Email support@nudori.com with “Privacy Request” in the subject or call +1 (929) 248-4403. Describe what you are asking us to do. We may verify that the request relates to you before releasing or changing a record. We may have to keep a transaction record, protect against fraud, complete an order, or meet another legal obligation, and we will explain a decision or exception when required. An authorized agent or appeal process may apply under some state laws.
We will use the contact details and other information reasonably needed to check a request; we do not ask for a new sensitive identifier that is unnecessary. If a request concerns a marketplace order, we may need to direct the customer to that marketplace for information it controls while still reviewing Nudori’s own copy of the order. You may reply to our response with a follow-up question. The exact response deadlines, appeal route, and opt-out links depend on the laws that apply to Nudori and must be configured before a particular statutory right is promised in this notice.
Nudori’s products and site are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13. If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided information to us, please contact support@nudori.com so we can review and remove it as appropriate. We ask customers not to send medical records or intimate photographs as part of a routine product question or return. If a person voluntarily describes a reaction or safety concern, we use the necessary details to respond and avoid treating that message as a general marketing profile.
Our site may link to a marketplace, social-media page, payment service, carrier, or another independent website. The operator of that service decides how it handles information on its own site, so please read its notice when you use it. We may revise this policy when our systems, vendors, products, or legal obligations change. The updated version and effective date will be posted here; material changes may require an additional notice or choice under applicable law. For a question about this notice or a privacy request, contact support@nudori.com or +1 (929) 248-4403. Nudori Inc. is based in Virginia, United States.
If we add a new payment method, analytics service, advertising integration, review tool, or text-marketing program, we will assess it before activation and update this notice where it changes what customers are told. A material change may need more than an edited webpage. A customer may contact us for the version that applied when an older order was placed. The information in this notice is meant to be readable without hiding important practices in a link to another company’s policy.
